The new BAe 146 panel should be compatible with FSX (several betatesters used the panel with FSX without any problems). Unfortunately there's no real FSX aircraft at the moment, but all available models work in FSX too. Several aircraft designers are currently working on new FSX models. When you take a look into the "New model for new panel v4.0" topic of this forum you could find some screenshots of Jon Murchison's new FSX model.
