#1 Jon Murchison's Bae 146-200QT in Fedex livery von Greg Goodavish 06.06.2008 18:19

I downloaded Jon Murchison's Bae146-200QT in Fedex livery and UPS livery off AVSIM with this file name: 1462qt6.zip
If I load the aircraft into FS9 with the default panel that comes with this file, then the cargo door opens as the documentation says (mapping the command to Shift+F). However, if I add Mathias' V4 Bae 146 panel to it, following all of the directions, the cargo door no longer opens. The front door and stairs still work, and the cargo loader works, but the cargo door won't open. I am suspecting this involves the modified .air file that Mathias supplies to make his panel work with the aircraft, however don't know for sure. Mathias or anyone else, can you help on this? Thanks.

Hi Greg,

this is a known problem with complicated panels like this one. What happens is that when you press 'Shift+E 2' is that the 2 gets lost, because the panel is sending events to FS as well (the same thing will happen with the engine select also, for the same reason).

There is an easy work around,

download rcbse-10.zip on Avsim by Rob Barendregt.

place the xml gauge 'selectcorrect' into the gauges folder in a folder named "rcb-gauges", create this folder if it doesn't already exist.

add this to Window01 in the panel config file,

gaugeXX=rcb-gauges!SelectCorrect, 0,0

where XX is the next logical gauge N°

When you next use the 'QT' , Shift+E 2 should now open the cargo door,

Hope this helps,

Regards
