After happily flying this aircraft in FS9 for a long time, I decided to import it into FSX, following all the manual instructions.
Everything looks successful although I have to say the loading time from the FSX a/c selection screen is fairly long compared to any other aircraft. However, I can live with that.
My problem is that I can't get the engines started - either manually or by using the red square auto start button in the start panel. Manually, all I get is No. 1 spooling up, the low oil pressure light cancelling, and then the revs falling to zero. No light off.
Using auto start, No. 1 spools up and lights off, but when No. 2 spools up, again nothing further.
Would it be possible for someone to kindly provide a step by step start procedure right from batteries on, APU start-up right through to completion.
It would be a great help to me, and I reckon to others as well.
I'm using Jon Murchison's aircraft.
I don't know what other info you might need, but I'd be happy to supply anything at all.

Adrian, Many thanks for your advice. I've been away from home for a few days so please excuse this somewhat late reply. I'll check my files and try and find where I've boobed. I added the updates to the basic version 4 file for FS2004, but if there's nothing obvious, I'll delete, re-install and see what happens. Ron
Please forgive a newbie, but after installing the ARJ panel (Ver 4.0) I simply can't get either FS Commander or FS Navigator to take control of the aircraft.
AllI see is the HSI bug jumpimg around, which stops when disconnecting either program
Please help if you can so I can make full use of this great panel.
