Hi,
In real life and depending on the company policy. I'll give you this as a guideline.
Take-off you climb at V2+10 unless you have an engine failure.
After you increase your speed to 210kt. At Vfto you clean your aircraft (Flaps Up) and continue accelarating to 210kt. When flaps are up you accelerate to 250kt until 10.000ft. Passing 10.000ft you accelerate again to 280kt until 23.500ft then you'll pass into Mach and climb at Mach 0.66 to your cruising level and accelerate to Mach 0.70. For the descent you stay at Mach .70 until 24.500ft then pass into Knots 290kt. At 12.000 you decelerate to 250kt to be at 250kt at 10.000ft. Base leg for the LOC speed 210kt. When glide is alive 190kt. One dot or half dot before acquiring glide Flaps 18 speed 160kt. Just before Outer-Marker Gear down, Flaps 24 and speed 140kt. Just after Outer-Marker Flaps 33 then Vref+5. That's all folks.
